National American Insurance Company of California "NAICC" is a funds control service specifically designed to meet the needs of contractors, surety companies, lenders, banks and developers in the construction industry.

Our primary job is to make sure that the right contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors get paid the right amounts--on time.

Your funds are safe with us
You don't have to worry about the funds we handle. For each project, we open a separate account at an FDIC insured commercial bank so the funds are never commingled with other projects or used for other purposes. We require proper documentation for all disbursements and we track every penny that goes in and out of each account so you always know where you are financially on each project.

In addition, we are a member of the Danielson Indemnity Group, an insurance holding company, and licensed and regulated by the California Department of Insurance.

We make it as easy as possible
Once a contractor or borrower has agreed to use our services, we work directly with him or her to set up the process and make it as easy as possible for everyone involved. We provide account activity reports on a regular basis to keep all parties informed and we can create special reports to meet specific reporting needs as well. Our goal is to make the entire process as easy and seamless as possible for all parties involved without compromising the integrity of our service.

Our corporate headquarters is located in the Los Angeles area and we offer disbursement and cash flow management to clients throughout the United States.
